  • Returns are not accepted due to size issues, personal preferences, or quality preferences. Product sizes are clearly listed in the product description.
  • Replacements will be issued only after a thorough inspection of the returned item.
  • An unboxing video is required to initiate any return or replacement process.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that have been altered, resized, or personalized are non-returnable.
  • Gems, Rudrakshas, or any items showing signs of wear or use are not eligible for return.
  • Replacements will only be processed after inspection.

4. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, contact our customer service team within 1 day of receiving your order.
  • Provide a detailed description of the issue, along with an unboxing video and images of any defects or damages.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

5. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Please allow up to 12 business days for the refund to be processed after the return has been approved.
